EPTSAL Programs Overview
At EPTSAL, every program begins with a commitment to the willingness to learn. We require participants to engage fully, demonstrate the knowledge and skills taught, and complete both pre- and post-surveys so we can measure effectiveness and continually strengthen our impact.
Our mission is to push participants to the next level while surrounding them with support throughout the process. Each application includes a Commitment Agreement Clause, ensuring participants understand that EPTSAL’s process is about disrupting systemic barriers, creating clear pathways to success, and celebrating every achievement along the way.
All programs conclude with celebration ceremonies for family and friends, turning each graduation into a moment of community inspiration—showing others that transformation is possible for them too.
Because we are dedicated to resuscitating communities, every program integrates not only life-skills education but also financial literacy, food security, and clothing support. This holistic approach ensures that participants don’t just learn skills but are also equipped with the resources and stability to apply them in real life.
Through youth empowerment, second-chance employment, housing stabilization, senior mobility, agricultural education, health and wellness, and community food access, EPTSAL creates an ecosystem of empowerment—one that lifts individuals, strengthens families, and transforms entire neighborhoods.
